Booking your first appointment with us?
Welcome to Camden Spa. If you are booking your first appointment with us, you will be asked for two things; contact information and a valid credit card number to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you miss your appointment at which time the cancellation policy will apply. Your email address is for Camden Spa use only. You will receive our convenient e-mail reminders so you will never forget or miss an appointment! and occasional online promotions will also be sent to your email.
Getting Here - Late Arrivals - Parking and Transit
We strongly recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary health forms and or to find parking. There is a lot on Camden Street or metered parking along Adelaide or Richmond depending on the time of day. By transit - get off at the Queen Street stop and walk down Spadina to Camden Street. Please let us know if you are running late for your appointment. We want you to enjoy the full spa experience and don't want to rush you, yet we don't want others to wait for their treatments either. If you're late, you may receive a shortened treatment at full price. Please plan for your visit and arrive early.
Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your courtesy in letting us know ahead of time so we can offer the space to someone else
24 hr notice - Tuesday to Friday appointments
48 hr notice - Saturday appointment
72 hr notice - Camden Spa Package
Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced so please make sure you call or email us in time. A fee equal to 100% of your total service cost will be applied for missed appointments.In case of same day rescheduling of appointments that you know you will miss due to unforseen circumstances, if we are unable to fill the time slot left by the last minute schedule change we will charge 50% of your service total.
Camden Spa gift certificate or gift card?
Please have your online certificate ID number, gift card or Camden Spa Certificate number handy when booking. We cannot honour the certificate if we cannot match the number. Please bring the gift certificate or gift card with you and present it to the receptionist upon arrival.
Expiration - there are no expiry dates on gift cards. All Gift Certificates purchased for a specific service(s) are valid for one year from the date of purchase and the expiration date is clearly printed on each certificate.
Registered Massage Therapies - receipt policy
Receipts for registered massage treatments can be issued following your treatment. Please indicate to front desk before the commencement of your massage if you require a receipt for insurance purposes. Please note that for massages paid by a third party, such as a gift certificate, receipts can only be issued in the name of the person who paid for the treatment as per the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Payment Methods and Tipping
For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit and cash. We also honour WaySpa and Spa and Travel Gift Certificates. We thank you for leaving a cash gratuity.
Product Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on all Dermalogica products sold at Camden Spa. Exchange or spa credit only.
