Camden Etiquette & COVID 19 Guidelines:

Before your appointment:

  • By appointment only. (Soon to be) Pre-paid Services

  • Limited hours and limited services in effect

  • By making your appointment, you are agreeing that you have no COVID19, no symptoms, and have not been in contact with a person who has.

  • You have quarantined yourself 14-days upon arriving from another travel advisory hot spot i.e., provinces and countries.

  • Inform us ASAP when you feel sick (via email or voice mail).

  • Pick up appointment available for products and E-gift card purchased online, by phone, or via email.

 

Upon arrival:

  • Please wear a mask.

  • Spray alcohol (provided) at the bottom of your shoes as you come in.

  • Go to the washroom. Wash your hands with soap and water; or use sanitizer provided.

  • Please give yourself a few minutes before your appointment to apply above instructions.

  • Pick up appointment available for products and E-gift card purchased online, by phone, or via email.

 

On your departure:

  • Please go to the washroom and wash your hands with soap and water or use our sanitizer provided.

  • Keep physical distancing, stay home, and stay safe!

 

Booking

Please call 416-203-8858 or email us (info@camdenspa.com) to reserve your appointment.

A valid major credit card number is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. (Soon to be) Pre-paid Services

You may also book a service 24/7 online, please be advised that our booking system in not fully automated. All appointments booked will be placed in priority sequence and confirmed on the next business day.

•    Booking one to two weeks in advance is recommended to secure your best choice of appointment dates and times.

•    Please inform us if you are using a coupon or gift certificate at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation

If you are unable to make your appointment and need to cancel, you must provide us with a minimum of two days notice (before 7 pm) or forfeit charges will be applied to your credit card or gift certificate.   It's extremely difficult to find a replacement appointment at the last minute.

Forfeit Charges:

We don't like this anymore than you do but failure to provide us with the minimum notice will result in a missed appointment charge on your credit card or deduction from your gift certificate.

The Day Before: will result in a 25% charge of the service booked.

The Day of: will result in a 75% charge of the service booked.

 

Arrival

To gain the most benefit from your treatment and visit, we encourage you to be at least 15 minutes early for your appointment in order to fill out necessary forms. And add another 15-20 minutes if you need to find parking which is always a challenge downtown.

By not being rushed yourself, you will not only enjoy your experience but also give us the time we need to make the treatment nurturing and rewarding for you.

If you arrive late we will do our best to provide you with the best treatment possible in the time remaining for the booking you reserved. If re-booking is required, applicable charges will apply.

Please inform our front desk if you require a receipt prior to the commencement of your massage so we can have it ready for you when your treatment ends.

Please remember to give any certificate or coupon to our front desk prior to your appointment.

 

Health Information

It is important that the health information form you provide is complete and accurate. This information is confidential for Aesthetics services as well because allergies or other medical issues can contraindicate certain services and use of certain products.

Aside from legal reasons we collect health information to ensure continuity of information from one visit to the next and to assist in customizing treatments to individual needs. We will ask you to update your health information form annually, at your convenience.

We work hard to create a peaceful spa ambience for you. This is your oasis away from the busyness of life and we want you to feel rested and rejuvenated during your treatment and after. Please help us maintain silence by turning off your phones before entering the Spa and please keep talking to a minimum or hushed tones.

 

At Camden

A robe and footwear will be provided while getting multiple services. Room temperature distilled water and various flavoured teas are provided during your visit.

Certain treatments require you to disrobe down till your underwear. During your treatment your body will be appropriately draped at all times.  Disposable underwear is provided for body treatments.

Please allow an appropriate amount of time after any polish application. For pedicures, we recommend you bring open-toed shoes (weather permitting) so your polish does not smudge before it has a chance to harden. Polish can be dry, but takes 24 hours to cure.

 

Shaving (Facial and Body Treatments)

Men receiving a facial should try not to shave at minimum 8 hours prior to their appointment to avoid potential skin irritation.

For body treatments we recommend that any shaving be done the day before a treatment – it is best not to shave on the day of an exfoliation.

Gratuities are appreciated by our staff. Envelopes for gratuities will be provided at check-out.
