Prices & Payments
All prices are subject to change due to possible supplier price change or fluctuation in currency exchange.
In case of a significant increase, we will notify you prior to shipping.
Appropriate taxes will be added to orders. (HST)
For the USA and international orders, duties, taxes, VAT, and applicable import fees are not included in the delivery cost. These fees are determined by customs authorities according to the destination country, value and class of goods, and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These costs will be billed to you by the carrier upon determination.

For orders for the rest of Canada, including ‘non-standard product’, our customer service will be in touch to discuss the shipping rates.
Orders for the United States have custom shipping rates. Our customer service will contact you to discuss shipping costs.
If an item in your order goes out of stock after your order has been placed, the out of stock item will be cancelled from your order.
All in stock items in your order will be shipped, and cancelled items will be shown on your invoice.
If the initial order you placed qualified for free shipping but part of your order was cancelled or no longer being sold, the order will still ship for free.
Heavy and/or large items will be charged according to the quotation provided by the shipping company.
Please note, flammable liquids are not available for shipment outside of the Greater Toronto Area. Your order may be adjusted accordingly.
Please inform our customer service department with specific information regarding your business hours and preference of delivery point (e.g., front or back door) so that we may accommodate you better.
Large/bulky orders by couriers or truck are delivered to the entrance door of the building only. If you require product to be delivered inside the premises, please consult our customer service department for a shipping quote as it may be subject to an extra fee.
If the order is delivered by courier and no one is home, an "attempted delivery notice" is left and another attempt will be made the following day. If the 2nd delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be left at the nearest courier terminal and the customer will be responsible for picking up at their convenience.
Products leaving our premises are subject to 3 inspections before being shipped.
Please check the number of boxes and note any damages before signing for the product. Inform the driver of any damages. Keep original cartons and packaging in the instance where claims need to be made. Please carefully inspect the shipment and products upon their arrival. Missing or damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receiving them.
Due to COVID19, products will NOT be accepted if the box is opened and damaged.
The box must be unopened and the products unused in all its original packaging.
No returns will be accepted on used products, equipment, special orders, or when allergies occur due to product purchase/use. For sanitary reasons, there will be no returns on implements, nail polishes, skincare, and makeup.
If the parcel is delivered damaged, the customer must mention it on the delivery company document, before signing and taking the parcel. Once opened, if the items inside are damaged, the customer has 48hours to make a claim to our customer service, via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or via voice mail.
We take pride that orders are checked 3 times before sealing the package. If an item is missing in the order, or if the wrong item has been placed in the package, the customer has 48hours to make a claim to our customer service. After that time, Camden Spa will not be held responsible.
How to make a claim:
1. Contact our customer service by phone or by email.
2. Provide a picture of the damaged items by email.
3. Wait for the approval from our customer service
4. Wait for customer service to contact you to arrange item’s return
When a return is made due to an error made on the customer’s behalf or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping charges. A restocking fee of 15% will also be charged.
To save on shipping costs, please add backordered items to your next order. Backorders are subject to our standard shipping policy.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars for items shipped within Canada.
For items shipped outside of Canada, prices are in U$ Dollars.
Camden Spa and its owners and employee(s) will not be held responsible for any results obtained from the purchase of any products or equipment. Customers are advised to conduct their own tests to determine efficacy, safety and suitability of purchased skin/nail care products or equipment. We will not be held responsible for irresponsible use of our products or equipment. Any information regarding the description of the products or step by step instruction are at the discretion of the customer and can only be recognized as educational information.
By acknowledging this contract and using this site, you accept without limitation all the terms and condition listed above in this User Agreement. You hereby waive all claims against Camden Spa and its owners/employees arising from your use of this site, the information it contains and the products it sells.

Those who provide us with their phone numbers online will only receive phone calls regarding orders they have placed.

We do not provide site visitors with access to information we have collected.
We do not partner with any ad server companies.
When we transfer or receive certain types of sensitive information (financial, health, etc.), we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors through a pop-up screen on our site. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you.
